- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
- Used gear, damaged by the user
- Products customized or purchased on final clearance
- Safety equipment (like harnesses or helmets) due to hygiene and safety protocols
- Exchanges are subject to availability of size/model
- In case the requested product is not available, we’ll offer a store credit or full refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable, at no additional cost.
